I start by cooking the beans until they’re tender. Next, I roast some carb-rich veggies, like sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, and whole beets, in the oven until they’re fork-tender. Once those are ready, I move on to the ingredients that take this soup to the next level: fresh herbs like basil, parsley, and oregano (whatever you have on hand), plus 10 cloves of raw garlic, a whole raw onion, salt to taste, and at least 4 jalapeños if you’re making a large batch (adjust to 1 or 2 for smaller amounts). Blend everything together, and you’ve got a flavorful, nutrient-packed soup!
You’ll have to experiment with it, I would think you’d have a pretty good idea because you’re already a vegetarian. I wish I could be a vegetarian, but I’ve tried several times and tried to be a vegan as well and I just can’t get around the red meat.So I just don’t overthink it anymore. Have you ever heard of the Carnivore diet? It focuses on meat and is thought to have anti-inflammatory benefits. It might be something interesting to explore!

MANY sources reveal a carnivore diet of solely meat can be very anti inflammatory. Educate yourself
Carnivore diet is a short-term fix. Long-term, you're damaging yourself. Educate yourself. @lisa408t
