I start by cooking the beans until they’re tender. Then, while the beans are still in the pot, I add a few hearty veggies like carrots, fennel, celery, and cabbage-just enough to lightly soften them so their vitamins stay intact. I blend these veggies together with the beans and a broth of your choice (turkey, chicken, or beef).
Next, I roast some carb-rich veggies, like sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, and whole beets, in the oven until they’re fork-tender. Once those are ready, I move on to the ingredients that take this soup to the next level: fresh herbs like basil, parsley, and oregano (whatever you have on hand), plus 10 cloves of raw garlic, a whole raw onion, salt to taste, and at least 4 jalapeños if you’re making a large batch (adjust to 1 or 2 for smaller amounts).
Blend everything together, and you’ve got a flavorful, nutrient-packed soup!

I am vegetarian. Should I expect claimed results?

You’ll have to experiment with it, I would think you’d have a pretty good idea because you’re already a vegetarian. I wish I could be a vegetarian, but I’ve tried several times and tried to be a vegan as well and I just can’t get around the red meat.So I just don’t overthink it anymore. Let me know if you do try it how you feel.

Great recipe though wouldn't put in plastic bags...

I’ve been thinking about that lately too, I just like how the plastic bags take up less room and I can put them in odd little nooks and crannies because they’ll form to whatever is around them. But you’re absolutely right with all the new information on plastics in our bodies.

How is a recipe with red meat anti-inflammatory... what a clickbait, huh.

As I mentioned, this is what works for me, and I’ve found that including red meat in my diet helps me feel my best. Everyone’s different, but this has been a good fit for me. Have you ever heard of the Carnivore diet? It focuses on meat and is thought to have anti-inflammatory benefits. It might be something interesting to explore!

MANY sources reveal a carnivore diet of solely meat can be very anti inflammatory. Educate yourself

Carnivore diet is a short-term fix. Long-term, you're damaging yourself. Educate yourself. @lisa408t
