There is no dharmocracy dude. Laws are the dharmocracy and every country has them.
There are some Indians who say the time period of God Rama's rule in the Ramayana is done as per Dharmam. If that is the case then discuss the grey areas like LGBT rights, abortion, divorce process, marriage of what age is considered bad, Pedophilia, etc of that time and the stance taken.

Greece was the first European country to connect with India. Though initially the contact was militaristic through Alexander the Great, very quickly it became diplomatic, thanks to Megasthenes who was in the court of Emperor Chandragupta Maurya. He calls him Sandracotus. Megasthanes wrote the first European account of India in his book "Indica". Now is the right time to rediscover our relationship. The present PM of Greece Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis is the right person at the right time for this 🎉

Wonderful interview. The Greek PM touched very positively all the critical points in the Indo-Greek relationship, culturally, geo-politically and futuristically. He was very statesman-like.

Wise people. So fluent, clear, smart. We waste time on fools around us. We should avoid Pakistan. It doesn't exist for bharat. There never was a pak, for bharat. No need to think of them in our international relations. Lets be more China specific. Not just be pak specific. We need Russia US, UK, Australia, to counter China. We need Greece, to counter Pak Turkey

Greece and France are the gateway to eastern and western Europe for India while Germany is the heart of Europe for India and UK is now a key friend of India along with the Netherlands, Italy and Norway. These are the most important partners of India in Europe and how India should see them as per my opinion.

Greece is ,western civilizations origin. It helps us understand europe. And west.Communication brings us closer. We have common grounds. In intrests, economy, politics. We have a history together. Lets build on these historical ties. We need to interact more with Europe. Few countries there understand indias sensitivities. We all can help eachother. Per capita ,education, technological growth, modernisation should be our goal. Not just gdp. GDP is important. But with 5 or 10 trillion also,we will be poor. Our population is huge. Increasing per capita income is important . Others can help in this. They have done it.

Indian PM: We are the Mother of Democracy
Greek PM: We are the oldest Democracy

Socrates states about electoral democracy by the common people. The form of democracy in ancient India and Greece were different than modern day electoral democracy.
Fortunately in those days only intellectual's were given the right to choose the leader. Not like today's world, where for freebie any Tom Dick and Harry is selling their votes.
I am also against such a system of Victorian democracy. You can't give equal rights to a stupid and a philosopher.

    • @PrachandParshuram
      @PrachandParshuram 8 месяцев назад

@@sumanpaulchowdhury8333 Yes, Socrates was wrongly put to death. There is a reason why the USA founding father's chose to make it a Republic first and foremost to emphasize on the rule of law as Supreme. Here in India, CONgress, leftist regional parties like TMC ULF LDF and other commies have made a total mockery out of democratic process and stealing elections by hook or crook, we can see it in West Bengal and Demoncrats in US &A, be it Kolkata or New York they have made a bloody slum out of these lovely cities.

Oldest democracy is understandable. How can India be mother of democracy?
Did India invent the concept of democracy? Google search says Greece invented democracy and is the oldest democracy so what does this "mother of democracy" even mean

    • @sumanpaulchowdhury8333

@@firstpostcommenter8078 Actually India had just exactly the same time Greece had. In 4 among the 16 city states ( Shodasha Mahajanapad).
The leaders were selected by the knowledgeable councils, which in turn selected by the people.
To know about this you have to specifically search Ganatantrik janapads among Shodasha Mahajanapad.

Then there are bloody leftist urban naxxxal "historians" who will spread misinformation, these are the same people who will use euphimsm like the dismemberment of Akhand Bharat as Partition (look up the Chambers Dictionary) and genocide cum ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Hindu Pandits as an voluntary exodus.

India had a history of republics that existed before ad after Buddha. These were located in contemporary North Bihar, Easter Utter Pradesh, Balochistan, Sindh, Punjab and in many other parts of ancient India.
