I had this in VHS taped from the Eric Banner show in 1997. Watched it till my VHS broke in 2003 and me and me mates pissed ourself laughing every time . Thanks for putting this on you tube. Legend !
Thank God for RUclips! As an American I never got the chance to enjoy Aussie sketch comedy...I f-in LOVE IT! Seeing Eric Bana *before* he hit the big screen with "Chopper", as well as starring in many Hollywood movies, here in the States, like "Hulk" (the 2004 one), and several others. Full Frontal was (is?) HILARIOUS! "Poida!!", "Groovy Pants Gus", not to mention the "Michelle and "Ferret" skit, which wouldn't have made sense, had I not watched a documentary about "Sharpies" of the 70s (here in the US, and I think the UK, SHARPS is an acronym for Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice, but I don't think they were formed until the 1980s, and I don't think S.H.A.R.P.S. *here* have anything to do with the original Australian Sharpies, I reckon the name was just coincidence. Anyway, as an American, I LOVE AUSSIE HUMOR, as well as Aussie slang!
I'm impressed with your research and grasp on Aussie culture and humour. To others, a sharpie is not a texta. Chopper is a great film, was just thinking about watching it today. I'd recommend The Castle if you haven't seen it. However, you may have to do more background work if you're going to get many of the gags. It is very specific, even regional to Melbourne.

As Aussie as it gets and Eric ain't no slouch in racing car, that lad can boogie. Ps I had the privilege of owning a XY back in the day and this brought back some memories. Thumbs way way up to Eric, Craig and the person who posted this fantastic footage

The old falcon didn't have enough power to do a burnout on asphalt, so they do it on dirt.
