I am a scrapaholic. I admit it...when friends are offering to get unwanted stash, I go for scraps. And I make scrap quilts...some real beauties. I had them sorted by size but I think I can do better by color. Thanks for your video. I feel less guilty about my scrap addiction.
I organize by color. I have a rolling cart of clear drawers that has my scraps in rainbow order. That way I can dig for any hue or value and from there I can trim to size for whatever I am working on. And because it's on wheels, I can roll it by my side while sewing and easily roll it away to it's corner when it's not needed.
I work mostly with scraps and "ugly" fabrics. I love thrift shops for that. They are a limitless source for me :)

I’m new to quilting. I’m excited about trying strip quilt blocks and using scraps to practice skills and create blocks.
Doing scraps now. I have enough fabric to make several scrap quilts. Thanks for your ideas. Trying a sawtooth star block now.
Collage quilting is conducive to using scraps of various sizes but sorted by color.
You are new to me, looking fwd to checking out your info!

Hi all, from sunny/rainy Arizona
What is a Clementine bin? I've not heard of that. Thanks.
Hey lovely! ❤ I need this because my scraps are currently stuffed in a plastic tote. 🤦🏻♀️🙈😂
I feel that! Scraps are hard!!
