It depends. Recon variants of bolt actions are individually-loaded because of the scope while standard ones are individually-loaded when u have 1-4 bullets left and clips are used when all ammo is spent in the mag
The winchester M1895 was the last lever action by winchester. It was a russian contract rifle which used 7.62x54r. The reason it's top-fed is so It can use mosin nagant clips. It was also used by the U.S.A in .30/40 Krag.

It doesn't fire HE rounds, or at least it shouldn't in-game. The real PTRD could only fire the B-32 & BS-41 variant of the 14.5x114mm. The BS-41 is a Armor-Piercing Incendiary (API) round and the B-32 is a Armor-Piercing Incendiary Full Metal Jacket (API FMJ) round. There is a High-Explosive Incendiary (HEI) variant of the 14.5x114mm, but the PTRD isn't able to fire that variant.
I can't really say since I haven't tried it out in an actual game since I just used a priv server to get all the weapons. After looking at its stats, at 100m it does 32 damage, 250m i lt does 31, and at 500m it does 25. It has a Headshot Multi of 2.5x and a Limb Multi of 0.95x. Let's say you are sniping a target at 250m away, if you hit a headshot, you'd do 77.5 damage to them. Now, let's say you were sniping from 500m away and again land a headshot, you'd do a total of 62.5 damage. Damage wise, it is a horrible gun to use long range, but it could be good at around 100-250m away. If you are sniping from any further, I'd use a different weapon. Sorry for the yapping, but hoped this helped you out.
@@idaldorosiIt has the bipod. It's somewhat viable as an assault rifle but the 10rd mag is just limitating. The 20rd is needed, but as a DMR it's not bad, great velocity.

It’s because he didn’t do a partial reload, you are right they use single rounds to top it off, he used a clip since he ejected every round
