I appreciate you bro I just figured it out all ima say is have patience I have a Xbox so I couldn’t pin the tab to home but long as you can keep the tab up and click back onto your settings to reconnect to xfinity Wi-Fi and when you see it don’t work go back to the tab and it went straight to the xfinity page to sign on. THIS DEFINITELY STILL WORK
sooooo i figured it out for me. if you connect and up date with your hot spot, then try having your console in a different room which is really weird. for the longest time i couldn't connect so i went to a different room and my router straight up connected. i just connected out of the blue when i took my ps5 to a different room. hope this helps some.❤

what I think I learned is have to purchase the pass off your ps5 for it to work, bc a while back I had bought the pass on my phone, and I could never get it to connect no matter how much I tried. But this time I bought the pass off my PlayStation and it connected almost instantly.

Go to your settings and clear the web cache and history, afterwards turn your console off and unplug it for a couple of minutes. Plug it back in and retry, if that doesn’t work then I’m not sure what to do past that fam.

Mine worked last month but now it gives me white screen
If you have a white screen go to system then website and reset cookie and data history, I also turn off Java script and it worked for me
