    For me, this is the best overall car in the world right now.

      After having driven one, I'd still take a 5 Series over this. It's more comfortable, noticeably quieter at motorway speeds and just drives better overall, especially with RWS. All that while being more compact.

    Nice vid ! The car is amazing and personnaly I loved the yoke. Just the turn signal are "hard" to use in a roundabout. And the gear selector like the 3 or Y is easier to use. I had the pleasure to try the plaid and OMG the dragster launch mode is A-MA-ZING !

    Drove It today...
    Yoke is much less problem than I thought, actually no problem at all, nice feeling when fast cornering, great grip, and visibility to the gauge cluster screen. My biggest issue is the buttons on the yoke (horn, turn signals...) Man needs time to adapt. Was constantly trying to move the pedals behind the yoke:)
    In quick comparison to my Model 3 LR 2021 with acceleration boost - the new Model S has much better sound isolation, feels more luxurious, and has a nicer interior. It is and naturally feels like an overall bigger car, and has a smoother ride with adaptive suspension. Handling in sport suspension, on 19" wheels is great, though I felt a lack of grip when pushing It on maximum, probably winter tires... Visibility is not as good as in Model 3 or Y, but much better than in the average sedan. Yoke is cool, no problem for me at all when driving, or cornering. This regular Model S is much stronger and faster (my car has 3.9 seconds 0-100 km/h), and this one is 3.2 seconds, but in real life, due to better sound isolation, feels similar. From 60-130 km/h, has stronger pull, but again not by much in my short drive.
    Final thoughts...thinking about replacing my Model 3, but the price is simply too high in Croatia. For the money, you can buy 2x Model Y Performance (one Quicksilver for me and one Midnight Cherry Red for my wife:) It is worth maybe 40-50% more, but not 100%.

    What's that rattling noise in the cabin all the time? Is this Tesla's famous build quality??

    6:13 this is one of the reasons why stalks for turning signals are superior compared to touch buttons on yoke or steering wheel.

    That gear selector on the screen looks too narrow. Did you end up using the buttons at the bottom or did you find it ok?

    • @JRCarReviews
      @JRCarReviews  2 года назад +1

      I used the screen but stock in my Model 3 is way better.

    Love the car, but the yoke without steer by wire makes no sense...
    And tiny bits could easily be fixed:
    - the speed limit adjustment sucks, it it's still at 89kph when the 60 sign shows up 😏 14:16
    - the wheel should increment by 10 instead of 5 to change the speed limit.

    Hi Josip, Could you tell me please how many kilometers goes It by one charge? Can It reach the 400 kilometers in winter time, on high way?

    • @wingless747
      @wingless747 23 дня назад

      Depending on the tires you can get up to 650km, with heat pump it’ll easily do 400km in winter time on highway

    I have a Model Y, but would never buy a Tesla without stalks. I don't like the touch buttons and the on-screen gear selector. I actually hate that my Model Y lacks stalk for wipers. It's annoying like f, even after 2 years! Why is Tesla f-ing up a proven and well functioning concept with something that isn't working remotely as well?

      I agree, hate the touch indicators and touch horn especially. There is such a thing as too much "innovation".

    Za mene, prva serija Model S daleko najbolja. U ovoj je mnogo rješenja preuzeto sa Model 3 - kartica, dugmad za otvaranje vrata iznutra, dugme za gepek...malo neozbiljno.

    Steering wheel is a joke, I drove the first gen S and it was amazing, cornering like on rails, with a normal steering wheel and no speed limiter, this 140 k/h is another joke, although it may be only for demo cars. Apart of those 2 points the S and generally Tesla is by far the best there is in the game.

    • @JRCarReviews
      @JRCarReviews  2 года назад +2

      It’s limited on a demo car ofc

    Tesla limited the top speed to 140 kph? wtf...

    • @JRCarReviews
      @JRCarReviews  Год назад +3

      Only on test cars simply because it’s expensive car people would try to test top speed on highway.
