Thank you so much! 🙏 I would love to share my apple butter.
-5.5 lbs apples (peeled, cored & chopped)
-2 cups white sugar
-2 cups brown sugar
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp ground cloves
-1/4 tsp salt
*I didn't have cloves so I used allspice*
Cook in slow-cooker on high for 1st hour, then on low for 9-11 hrs.
Stirring occasionally until thickened & dark brown.
You can use a blender or hand mixer (I used an immersion blender) to mix it to a creamy, butter-like texture. Enjoy!
