As an Australian who has been to most states and one territory I can say I’ve not heard that from my experiences, our accents are more of a drunken tone than that, and the only people I’ve heard pronounce “oh” for the au bit are from Sydney, the others all say “uh”, so yeah, hope this makes sense!
