Hey Lilly I'm not sure if u know but there are massage therapists out there who can preform a sports massage on you to help with the soreness of working out. It's a little different from normal massage a little more fast pace than one you would get at a spa normally. It helps push the lactic acid you build up in your body so you can work out sooner without the sore. Day 3 wouldn't be as bad or it wouldn't exsist. Congrats on ur healthy eating and getting in shape! You look great as always!
