Good on Sarah for acknowledgeding that she should have checked with Rabbit before their scene. Always good idea for a conscientious player/DM to check what people are comfortable with ahead of time and if you do inadvertently stray into territory which could make someone else uncomfortable, apologise and work out what can be done to ensure it doesn't happen again.
