      I think you need to create a productive company and hire some employees. See if you can do it with out government subsidies because that is called theft.
      Also, watch a movie clip of "American Pie", and stop talking like a silly little girl, (And one time, in band camp!")
      You are a paid propaganda puppet, (which there is no shortage of on YT). You are much worse than Musk.

    Here is a classic example of WHY the "THUMBS DOWN" feature should function. I know there are "sensitive" people on this planet that get upset with anything ...BUT ....these people should NOT be dictating how everything works.
    This RUclips video does NOT show anyone being fired "LIVE" ....which is the what has been emphasized in the video title.
    The video poster, "Elon Musk Center" has the audacity to pin their comment to stay at the top, to ask, "What do you think about this?" and "REMEMBER TO SUBSCRIBE", it is quite obvious RUclips has no interest in the quality of the content of posters ......particularly when the "THUMBS DOWN" icon remains ....but is turned off. If RUclips doesn't want this feature functioning ......THEY SHOULD REMOVE IT!!!!
    I personally think it should remain ....but also should be FUNCTIONING!!! This would provide HONESTY AND LEGITIMACY to the RUclips forum.

    When person owns a business and you get hired to be a certain place and do that job, you show up if you want to keep that job, or find another job, It's really that simple. If you don't like the work conditions you go get another job that you like, that will hopefully pay you an acceptable wage that YOU agree to If not, well you better learn to lower your bills or go hungry. Employers are not there for your convenience, they're there to make money, and for you to help them as part of a team. If you don't like the way the team is run, that's on you for working there, not on the employer.

    • @epicdigitalmotion7066
      @epicdigitalmotion7066 Год назад +2

      As a CEO of 3 companies and film director i really think it depends which products your company works for. One of mine is a tech company and my team agree with me not for kindness but for passion and efficiency . They even told me after the pandemic that working at home is the worst to get things done not properly nor fast to do better and they even feel frustrated because it slowed down their speed of creativity and production. There is an incompatibility between innovation / creativity / upgrade / testing / production and working at home for sure. I completely understand that for a company like this YOU NEED TO BE THERE ! If you have a physical product in the tech world you need everyone here. The hardware team, software team, production team…and so on need to be connected physically at all time, they are not going to WhatsApp each other to work on a product, it doesn’t make sense. I’m not working 90+ hours per week on location to call the boss of the hardware team to resolve or add an idea to the product because it needs to be done with the all team IN LOCATION to try, test, talk and move on quickly. Working at home ( again for physical tech products where you have a production line ) is ridiculous. This is the best way for EVERYONE to loose their time and therefore money. When you have 10000+ employees on 15 different departments building cars, software, hardware, machines to build the cars, you need everyone on location. One simple example : My team on the test line told me we have a noise problem between the battery and the engine, i called both team and we find out that a none needed piece of equipment was the problem. The battery team thought it would protect the battery and the engine team didn’t ask anything. Problem solved in 1 day on the ENTIRE production line. Go do that with a team working at home now.

    My comment to this is... I'll happily come in to work Per Elon when companies pay for my parking, fuel, let me expense my lunch and milage on my car, let me expense my equipment, internet, and cellphone, and finally pay me for these items retrospectively since I used them the past 2 years without compensation. I give these services to the company without any compensation. The least the company can do is to not reverse work from home while for the past 2 years we all have been working from home.
    Simply put, Elon can go work in his factory by himself as far as I'm concerned, and this is from a guy that actually likes Elon. I refuse to be a work slave to anyone at this point.

    I think he expects from his employees what he himself has given. However, he’s working for himself. His employees don’t have the same stake as he.

    I work a maximum of 38 hours a week, from wherever I want, so guess I’m not a match for Tesla but then again I’m doing fine in Europe
