If there is no danger of jail time, it's going to work like parking tickets. A fine is just a tax to people like this. He's blowing $400k per day on lawyers, so free press coverage for $2000 per incident is cheap at twice the price, plus he gets to spend other people's money for it (coming out of the defense fund in all likelihood).

Each of those is a criminal violation of his terms of release in all his criminal cases, meaning that he can be jailed until trial in New York, Georgia, DC, and Florida is a judge orders it.
