Just loved this post Fizz Fam, a major improvement on the previous one. You covered my favorite two disciplines Sienna with beam and bars.All the fam did brilliantly on beam and came so close to getting their rotation on the bars so I think they should all be joint winners!. Beam has long been my favorite discipline but I have a new found respect for the work that goes into the bars now. It's all about the body position and the speed to obtain your rotation. Respect to all of you.❤❤❤

A tip for handstand forward rolls if u want to do it with straight arms try turn your hands inwards so your fingers point at one another if that makes sense by the way love your videos and Karma and Sienna have improved so much xxxx

Okay. First how impressive is it that Georgie did all of this. And very well. And I will have to say that I agree with you Georgie that you should have gotten the point against Mia straddling the beam and holding it because your toes were pointed. Sienna is a GREAT gymnast. And gets better every time we see her! But we do need to take in account that she takes gymnastics and the other three are just playing along. You all did an amazing job! And more importantly are the memories you shared!

Hi sienna! Tip from me I do gymnastics and we’re told it’s not a handstand roll with straight arms and it is risky 6:09 .Perhaps you should ask your coach about it. Love from Sheffield,England
Ps your coach might think it’s fine as we have different coaches so different ways of training us

Honestly sienna is such a role model for me as we are the same age as she is just so polite and grateful and funny and such a great person and she has inspired me to take up gymnastics and sewing and just all round be a better person ❤

To practice your handstand forward roll with straight arms a good drill to do would be pike forward roll with straight arms. That’s what helped me so I hope it helps you
It’s so rewarding as a gymnast to do a skill and succeed at it and as a non gymnast to actually perform a skill and shock urself with how good u can do some stuff i love being a gymnast it’s fun and u guys are awesome well done to yall

Sienna should of hired the bar before the challenge because it was too low for me and mummy fizz because they are taller, so they found it harder to get up onto the bar. Anyone that does gymnastics will know what I’m talking about.
