How to export Portrait video in iMovie | The Gadget Dad

In this video I’m going to show you how to export, edit and upload portrait video using iMovie. This requires a 2 step process. It’s simple and easy. LEMON SQUEEZEEEE - I will try this. I have spent a day trying to get a mobile video format from Canva uploaded to iMovie to add audio and some effects, to then try and upload to RUclips. It was working but it wasn't filling the mobile device screen. I have tried everything and used up the day trying it. ROTATION in iMovie CLOCKWISE might be the answer.

aargh but it converts it back to a mov. file when you rotate it. I've been trying to convert a mov. in portrait to MP4 haha. fuck

This was driving me MAD
The EXPORT TO RUclips function does all of this automatically as well, but any other social media is a pain in the nuts/
Maybe I need better software, or Im just old - but seems like it should way easier. Maybe a checkbox have a checkbox [x} "FORMAT TO PORTRAIT - (best for viewing on mobile) on the export page
