Been playing with fabric covered envelopes and making my own big ones, perfect timing, if I made a few then they would only want hinging and boom, journal. Love these Rachel, thank you as always x
The envelope cluster pages are so great. I love that there is a surprise with each turn and that the variations are endless. Watching you sort your stash is fun. I like getting glimpses of how you’ll turn all the snips and bits into useable journal items.
These are wonderful. I love the way that you design them as you go along, giving them such a unique character. They have so many uses, and just look like fun to make.
Watching you organize is a good example of how to get some order so I can find things. I have tons but Lord I have no idea what it is. Truly especially after moving and no big double doored, 3 huge shelves closet to store it all
Yippee, flippy, flappy envelope thingies again. I just love this idea. I have a big box of envelopes from my mom…some 30-40 years old..lovely yellowing. The bashing is not terribly loud. Please don’t worry over it…completely out of your control.
It was so fun when you were going these and you said, "Oh, I made that a few years ago". I remembered when you made it which made me realize I have been following you for a long time 😉 Thank you for being such a positive inspiration on my journey into making journals!
was thrilled to get my book kit today while showing my treasures my friend that I am making a journal asked if she could change her mind and have this cover instead of the other assured her not a problem I am getting so many ideas from you about what to make to go into the journal thanks for sharing take care stay safe
Rachel: so if I understand this correctly. You left your home because of all the noise/remodeling. And now you’re renting a place and next door someone is doing a remodel too? Is there a big surge of remodeling in your town? Being an interior designer, I’m just curious. I love remodeling, but it is messy and noisy. If you think about it, it’s quite a coincidence though.
