The Citrine at the foyer, and the Jade at the dining area are so beautiful!!! Glad to know that the owner/seller of the unit is a crystal enthusiast, too! Dead giveaway na ultra-rich dahil Citrine, and Jade are crystals for wealth, abundance, and prosperity. 😊
currently in a young age (14) pero di ko talaga kaya na di manood ng isang vid ng presello sa isang araw, nakakarelax plus lalo akong nakakapag focus sa studies ko, i want to buy it soon as possible!

Deym, that condo unit spells luxurious and merged well with the art pieces. And, is it just me or do the portraits in the centre before entering the kitchen look precisely like Ms Julia?
I love the way Ms. Julia how she digitally presented the condo unit itself.... but I was truly amazed by the videographers' team on how they videographed the spacious yet fully furnished area without sacrificing the style and quality of the video clips. Bravo!
Most of the art pieces has fashion influence. I don't want to assume that the owner is a couturier but the place is fashionably on point ❤️❤️❤️

Rockwell is an icon..a well sort out after address!! ..that unit is huge and what a view ! The unit looks like an art gallery...art pieces that belong to a gallery. The tour made me feel the coldness, not homey feel.. most of the art giving out negative energy..the unit feels heavy because it's loaded...the refuge is the master bedroom and bath because it has no art. .its relaxing and serene.. less is better to me.. again it's my opinion only.

It’s ok. Too many dead wasted space. Especially in the laundry room. For a condo of its size, the laundry room should be huge with added folding table, and lots of storages.

Been watching presello videos and I must she's a mediocre....other real estate agents/videos I watched here in yt are way better in explaining or describing the property they're selling. Julia is just "this is your kithchen" "you have your staff room" "I love this" . Like girl we have eyes we know it's the kitchen or dining room.

Ur descriptions of the condominium never makes sense… “ oh looks so good, looks so artsy” tell ur audience what makes its luxurious or artsy. Whoever lets u do theses house tours? Julia, let me help you, you mentioned about the large chandelier but u never mentioned the height of the ceiling. LOL!
