Nice review! Do you think that they will still fit my bike with the swing arm saddlebag installed? I am thinking of buying this saddlebags but I still want to keep the swing arm saddlebag to have some storage when I leave the Leatherpros at home
I’m really torn between these or the ez mount version. I already put custom dynamic LED inserts in my turn signals so I’d hate to just delete the rear turn signals. But I like the look of these better than the ez mount bags. I guess I got some more thinking to do.
I was having a tough time deciding myself, I just didn't like the signal light cutout on the bags. Just get what you believe looks good, better to lose $100 on lights than $700 on saddlebags. Remove the signal lights and get the regular saddlebags.
@@InfamousCreep Yeah man, I agree. I’d hate to get the ez mounts just to turn around later and buy the regular ones because I regretted my first purchase. Keep up the good work man. Your bike is looking good.
@@Magnus0311 I am on same boat with you on this but besides all the crap I installed, at the end of the day, I probably would not like the E-Z mount bags where it has cut out for rear turn signals housing. I have seen those bags, and with do all respect, it looks s*** IMHO. some people may argue with that but oh well... just my honest opinion. I purchased AA struts lights today n decided to add those n remove stock billet lights when received. I do haVe CD module currently with stock billet lights engaged and once i install a AA strut lights,, perhaps tied everything together so it will strobe like one i have now.. hopefully as author puts it... better than nothing as visibility concerns.
I looked into that, but most images the shocks stick out in front of the saddlebags on dynas. I have bags on my sportster, and they need the cut out for the shocks. Maybe it's for the sportster, but I'm paying $700 for whats being advertised as a 2018+ softail bolt on. The gap looks ugly and I'm losing storage space for something that I'm never gonna use it on(dyna/sportster).
the zippers aren't weather proof, I haven't had any major problems. The leather flaps on top helps with the rain. I ride in light to no rain conditions. I'm sure if it's pouring down you'll get your stuff wet.
@@InfamousCreep i am debating... spent all on led inserts last year and now I am looking for LP bags with no cut out... go figured. Lol. If AA is not bright enough as you said and I already have custom Dynamics modules, what alternative route caN I do or go other than AA?
@@paulson9616 I have dark smoke on my Alloy arts. Joker Machine also makes a few alternatives, with clear lens. I also installed a triple play unit the AA strut lights. I have a video on that, a lot more noticeable for sure. I'd go LP saddlebags over the EZ-mounts with the Custom Dynamics Triple Play AA strut lights.
I just contacted AA and explained what I have currently have as far as CD RTB system, but one of tech there telling me I may have an issue with this AA struts light married to CD module. You don't have any issues right?
Got mine, those spacing is to prevent them scratching your swingarm when you hit the bumps specially when you sent your suspension on softest mode
If you look at the EZ mount saddlebags, the spacing if filled.
@@InfamousCreep i re-watched again your video and yes mine are fuller. I have the EZ as i want to not relocate my turns. I have 2020 softail slim.

It should, I have saddlebags and a swing arm bag on my other bike. Some of the swing arm bags are angled as well, shouldn't be a problem.
@@InfamousCreep Thanks for the feedback, mine is the swing arm bag from Harley Davidson and it is angled, so it shall work. Thanks!

@@InfamousCreep , so this gap, void space at left side is common for v3 - our model?
The cut out is so it can fit the dyna's to
Just for the shocks

I have the v1 bags on my sportster and, yeah, they have that same cut out.
Bike looks gorgeous.
Thank you.
I have one question. If it’s pouring rain will the rain seep through !

@@InfamousCreep thx bro
Why didn't you go with EZ mount lp bags?
I didn't like the signal light cut out.

I’m going to get those!
You can't go wrong with these saddlebags, I can fit two 6-packs in each side. Without expanding the bags. Easy quick detach, and super easy install.
