I made this construction in trade school and am still in awe of this process. Absolutely stunning. I have enormous respect for these craftsmen.

Second, you ask the customer whether the steel plate is put under the plastic head as the support during the test. Third, you ask about the thickness of their insole. Fourth, you ask below shoe outsole soft hard degree. These are all factors that affect shoe testing.

How do they take the last out of they nailed it in?

@@golllaur oh so the glue it, then nail it, then take out the nails when they are ready? I don't understand how it wouldn't unravel if they haven't glued it down before tacking it to the last
@@Belihoney you glue it, nail it and then stitch it while removing the nails as you stitch :) you can leave some nails in the heel but it's easier to remove heel part of the last of course
