Donna tells Ridge that she saw Stephanie push Jackie over the banister. Later, Donna tells Storm what she saw and learns that Stephanie could go to prison for aggravated assault. Nick is furious and confronts Stephanie about Jackie’s fall. Stephanie grabs a gun and points it at Nick. Eric, Ridge, and Brooke intervene. Eric takes the gun and Brooke convinces Nick to leave. Stephanie calls Donna and accuses the entire Logan family of using her to climb the social ladder and insists the fall was Jackie’s fault. Unbeknownst to Stephanie, Donna has her phone of speaker so Storm, Nick, and Brooke can hear as well. Nick states that he wants to get even and Storm suggests filing a civil case against Stephanie.
She didn’t push Jackie intentionally it was jackies fault

exactly. Jackie barged into her home, accosted Stephanie, refused to leave when Stephanie asked her to, FOLLOWED Stephanie up the stairs when she retreated, & then put her hands on Stephanie. Stephanie pushed her back, she had no intention of "throwing her off the balcony."
It was an accident and it wasn't Stephanie's fault
I actually agree. I do find it interesting that when Stephanie accidentally caused someone to go over an edge, it's an accident. When Brooke or Hope accidentally do, they belong in jail.
Brooke know Stephanie better than most. That's why she doesn't believe it was deliberate. Good for Brooke

I'm enjoying the look of Nick's face and the angriest attitude that he's getting. He really scares me, and he's nothing like Stephen Logan!

But writers!! Blind spot was donna being annoying nick and her brother , couldn't stephaine have press charges against NICK for assault and breaking and entering. Think about it!! :-) LOL
