    More current you draw through zener diode, it's resistance goes down, within operating limits.

    Decrease the robot speed. Also let you explain about effect of potential drop on the depletion layer.

    But avalanche breakdown occurs at higher voltages and zener voltage occurs at lower voltage is it correct or not pls reply

    Depletion layer is not made of positive and negative irons, opposites. The irons become neutral of charge carriers, depletes charge carriers, builds a barrier to current flow. 😲

    The circuit is wrong...in reverse bias the +ve terminal of the battery must be connected to the n , and the -ve to the p ..
