No words can describe my love for Nag Champa. The most nostalgic scent to me. I found it when I was 9, and now I’m 30. I still burn it to this day. The best smell in the world. I love the other scents too, like the Sandalwood. But the OG IS THE BEST.
My dad used to buy gas station incense. And they were “okay” I guess.. but when I found Nag Champa and burned it for the first time, I was hooked. The description of an overwhelming sense of peace is one hundred percent true. Thank you for this little docu. I appreciate it even more now. Also love that they are hand rolled by women. 💕 Love India 🇮🇳 from USA 🇺🇸 Namaste 🕉️

Dude yes! I'll burn 2 or 3 sticks at a time for that same purpose. Super Hit has actually been my go-to lately though. I go through phases where I love the smooth vanilla-marshmallow-graham-cracker-sandalwood qualities of that. And then when I burn out on Super Hit, the warm, powdery floral notes of Nag Champa are like a long hug, or stepping out of a mountain hot spring.
I have to always keep 3 Satya scents stocked: Nag Champa, Super Hit, and Sandalwood. I keep 250gm boxes of each on hand. All 3 of those are magnificent on their own, but I also like to combine them in every possible way to get even bolder and more complex aromas.
I even stick them near the recirculator intake in my car's AC to cool me off from getting anxious and impatient on the road. The coconut shavings in the bottoms of the bags can be bagged up like potpurri - I hang those under the glove box and they breathe out a big hit every time the car heats up, so that when the AC kicks on it fills the car with the scents. The big boxes have generous amounts of coconut shavings that are saturated with good-smelly compounds.

“Soothing fragrance for the soul”. So true! Expertly done, Dan! I discovered Nag Champa when I stopped at a gas station in Flagstaff, driving from Quartzsite, AZ to Vermont with my Airstream. I thought the cashier was vaping, but the scent was just other-worldly. This documentary really illuminates the human touch in making this magical incense. Thank you, Dan, for this fabulous work!

Great film!! I have loved and burned satya nag champa since I was a teenager in the early 2000s. I never knew anything about the company, until I happened to go to their website just now, for no real reason. And then, reading about the lovely ethos of the company, I looked for a nice documentary about it, and here it is. A very high quality and evocative film. Thank you!

❤❤❤❤I discovered Nag Champa then later, Super Hit ( my absolute favorite🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵)here in Charleston,SC. I was mesmerized by the exotic smell. I felt like I was in another place and era. That was 20 years ago and it is still is burnt regularly in my home. Only your brand. I do not settle for any other and do not burn any other imitation.
After watching your documentary, I love Nag Champa even more based on how you treat your employees. It is extremley important to me that I only exchange with companies with humane practices. I did research long ago and was unable to find any alarming reports but now this documentary has made me proud to support not only your country and her beautiful incense but also your family and your extended family business.
    May Jesus bless you all.
    Thank you ❤❤❤❤

I started burning these incidents when I was a kid because my mom and dad smoke cigarettes it would defend the smell of that nasty crap they were worried about me burning down the house so I wouldn't rule out bottles with a hole in the side as a carb and burn the sticks inside of the bottle with the Keyring holding the stick at the neck of the bottle clicking the ashes on the inside and no risk of fire I found out pretty quick my friends wanted them and I sold a lot of them 😂

The main way to know is if there is a [BNG] after the company name, like this, Shrinivas Sughandhalya [BNG]. The BNG stands for Bangalore which is where they're located. If you buy and the box says Mumbai instead of [BNG]..... :(
