It is not a good explanation for newbies.. they throw at you terms like CTR without even mentioning what the acronym stands for. It is just a guy reading a 2 pages report. The report itself is well structured but simple enough. The "reader"'s performance poor to say the least. Disappointing. I am sure they can do much better
