i used to play the underground war a lot in summer 2016 near the very end of the game’s lifetime. there was a small community of people who still played the game despite 90% of the servers being riddled with hackers. heck, they’re the ones who helped me learn how to properly swordfight (even though i’m still terrible at it.) unfortunately after i made my new account i lost interest in the game and slowly drifted apart from that little remaining community. the next time i got on, the game had filtering enabled on it from roblox’s update and left it an almost unplayable mess with only 2-3 people a server. only dude i remember from that time period was aerosun, so if you’re out there hi lol
i made a remake of zeppelin battle, i love that game so much, but it never got enough traction so its closed. It featured 8 different classes, multiple ways to destroy the airship, and different airships you can vote on
Rovert I liked it too I played it a lot with my friend, though once the Experimental mode deletion update came out the game broke and me and my friend stopped playing it.
Framed by pa00 was a really good game from 2011. It's a shame it isn't updated frequently because it desperately needs it. Cars don't spawn in a certain bonus mode, players can climb over the maps because of the terrible invisible walls and hackers exploit the game with btools... A lot.

The only "classic" game I can truely agree with is Natural Disaster Survival since I grew up with it. They have changed the game a lot over the years but at least it maintains the general concept pretty well while mixing in microtransactions to where the (mostly) fit.

In Hide and Seek, it only stayed per server because saving things was not actually possible until 2011 with data persistence and then datastore later. lol
Lando's hide and seek is kind of broken not by one of its scripts but because it's absurdly easy to corner clip into spots that it can't get to. Every single map has at least 10 corner clip spots so someone who does obbies won't ever be found

I really wished laundromat didn't try to stay "Hip" it kinda ruins the point of the game I just liked exploring the buildings and flying with the sit tool.

Also Survive the disaster holds up more then you know, V_yriss made a sequel to the game which is still updated to this day and the disasters are very much approved there is more game mechanics like bosses, hyper disasters and different modes. One major thing that will come soon with it is hardcore mode it will have a type of disasters called impossible disasters which I very hard to survive and challenging bosses. There's also an unannounced secret mode that could come if you get all the badges in the game. Survive The Disasters was the old V_yriss where she is not as good as today she is excellent at game making though she has said roblox is getting boring for her and she plans on quitting eventually after completing another project of her called Bloxington highschool.
I think natural disaster survival is still really fun, but mostly from the broken physics. That's more of a Roblox problem, but I still find it hilarious when you get flung just by touching a carousel, and getting instantly killed by a single brick touching you in an earthquake. My most fond memory of broken physics in that game is the time that it was an earthquake and all that happened was the map just disappeared and everyone died. I also enjoyed survive the disasters a lot. Again, most of the fun I get from it though is watching Roblox's physics totally glitch out on the smallest of tasks. I joined in 2014, and these games were still fairly popular then, and still are, which is a testament to the quality of these games. Or maybe it's the atrocious physics I dunno...
Yep. Wingman8 even took the time to fix up urban patrol, the slightly different cousin of armored patrol that people only ever played once or twice then went back to armored patrol.
@@hydromancer4916 I'm gonna be frank with you, Urban Patrol is honestly way more fun. Only reason it's dead is because lack of updates compared to it's older brother.

The small size makes it take less time to get to the front lines, and the abundance of points more than makes up for it. So if you like taking a point and then digging in to defend with your build tool, armored patrol is for you, while urban patrol is for people who just like to run and gun.
Trip down memory lane in the 2010-2012 part. I joined mid-2012, and I used to play Welcome to Roblox Building. Funny story, I wanted to play the game a few months ago, so I emailed Roblox saying that the game was shut down for visitors. They responded later asking what I meant and said it worked fine. Some of my favorite games were Roblox Derby, Disaster Hotel, R.U.N. (or escape the spheres or something along those lines), and MonkryMonkry's obbies. Not sure why, but I always think of his indoor obby.
