What proof does the cops have that the 'Waterdogs' are a "1% outlaw motorcycle gang"?

Currently federal law defines the term “gang” as an ongoing group, club, organization, or association of five or more persons. Looks like both parties meet this criteria. Therefore, the media is correct in their assertion. You may not agree with the definition but that’s how federal law defines it.

Well, lets get one thing clear. WaterDogs are not a gang. They are not an official MC, nor RC. They seem to be a Christian based group that rides motorcycles. They had seven members, now six. Granted, they do ride like an MC, as they do wear cuts and patches. They were not wearing cuts or patches at the time they were assaulted by the Banditos, so they were not pressed for their cuts. It is said to be over a wedding picture that was taken with old friends who were not wearing cuts in the picture, so what the actual beef is, is still unknown.
The Banditos are a 1%er OMG. They are well known thugs and bullies that like to push people around. Water Dogs simply stood up for themselves and their pres, when he got seriously assaulted by them. They have had beef with Shady for over two years and finally got what they wanted, at the cost of two of their own.
Shady lost his best friend of 30 years in this assault.
Suck to be Shady, but it is what it is. He seems like an okay guy, but who really knows what all has gone on for the last few years between these two groups.
