I've pretty much given up wearing mascara because I can't find one that I like but the Rom & Han one sounds really good and at ten dollars it seems worth the risk!
I always appreciate your reviews! Thank you! And I was thinking something similar about the Clio liquid eyeliners I bought - it’s great that it stays on all day without fading on my oily lids, but I’m tugging the skin a lot to remove it at the end of the day (I used three cleansers just to remove it, it was insane, I swear it just shifted the ink from one side to the other without lifting the pigment). Also, I purchased the yellow illiyoon lotion also anticipating a light citrus floral and detest the smell. It’s just too much! I’ve tried diluting it with other lotions and it’s still pungent😢.
It's a STRONG smell, isn't it?! I think I just anticipated light and fresh, so my nose just couldn't handle the actual scent. About the waterproof makeup: some of it really is almost too strong, I get worried that it will enhance my eye wrinkles if I need to tug and rub so much! I definitely can't wear it every day, the removal is just too labour intensive for me!
There’s a hair vinegar comparable to lamellar water by apieu and another one you may try is by this brand called CP-1, I just happened to get a scalp scaler from them and loved it , like it better than Aromatica, CP-1 has a product called raspberry hair vinegar which you might like, though the product is more for oily hair
Aww I love the smell of the Iliyooon shower gel. To me it has a unique smell, not the typical artificial citrus fragrance, yet it doesn't smell so citrussy like a dishwashing soap. I would buy it as a body scent perfume if I could lol.
You should try the Apieu Raspberry hair vinegar, I haven't try Moremo but between CP-1 and Apieu, I prefer the Apieu, I have finished many bottles and refill packs. Then I bought CP-1 once coz Apieu ran out of stock, I haven't been reaching out, it is still lying on my hair and body care stash after I shifted it out of the bathroom. If not wrong, Apieu is the one that started this hair vinegar trend, it is very, very popular, I haven't seen any bad review so far. The mint version is okay too but nothing beats the Raspberry one, I think I am addicted to it like some I saw online.
Great and useful reviews, as always, but… your skin looks absolutely amazing in this video! Please share your makeup secrets with us. I’m getting more and more into Korean makeup (as if I need more in addition to all skincare I already have) so any recommendations would be really appreciated. Their lip stains, for example, are only lip products I can use, any western product simply disappear in a space of a few mins. But I’m yet to venture into cushions or eyeshadows.
Gosh, how kind of you! I'm always so critical of my makeup skills, so I've been hesitant to even talk about that topic on this channel. :D I really want to do a video on cushion foundations that suit more mature skin, just don't know how to best film it yet because my lighting isn't ideal!
@@UlrikeScherer you shouldn’t be critical, none of us is a makeup artists. Or at least not many of us. :-) I would love to see Korean makeup on a more mature skin (for a change).
I know ISOI and Fation, even follow their IG account but it's difficult for me to purchase their products because of price point and customs apply in the country I live 😢

You can also try a water free L-AA. Doesn’t have to be kept in the fridge. I currently use The ordinary vitamin c + alpha arbutin. It has 8 % L-AA.
I'll have a look at that, the combo of vit C and arbutin definitely sounds amazing!

It's such a popular line, I feel I'm more the exception when it comes to not liking the smell! 🙈

I feel your pain, I pay really high custom fees as well!
