Hi Helen, many thanks for your comment. Yes, its not been a great year here at Ems Den Headquarters and we are definitely hoping for a happier year ahead. We are loving living in a tidy stock free home and do daily inspections to make sure that we keep it that way lol. We cleared a lot of stuff and the sausages were amazing. Find it so boring selling at a car boot and it was the sausages that kept us going lol. Thanks so much Eddie, I know, it was the longest wee I have ever had lol. I have quite a sensitive nose and its the smell in the toilets that make me feel ill so I always try and avoid. Our lovely daughter had walked over to Waitrose and bought us a pack of Yum Yums as a treat for when we got back. Sausages, coffee and a Yum Yum, we are very blessed lol. Well done guys! Were in Hampshire as well (you bought a big table from my partners sister) We done our first car boot last Sunday as well at strawberry fields between Lymington & Brockenhurst. Really busy, we took 2 cars & made over £200.00 between us. Thank goodness we were there early as they turned away some sellers as they were full quickly, only using the little field as big one to wet. We always take our food & coffee, to expensive to buy as you say 😊

Yes we heard that they were turning people away, can you imagine loading everything up the night before and getting up really early, queuing and then being turned away, what a nightmare. Hi Michael, many thanks for your comment. We have enough stuff to do another car boot so will pack it all up in the Ford Galax but not this week as its going to be raining. We don't expect to do the same sort of money at the next one although we will be taking some different stuff but if we are left with a lot after the next one then we may donate it as we don't want to be going if the amount we are taking is not really worth our time, also we don't enjoy doing them, its much more fun buying lol. Hi Lucie, many thanks for your comment. This was at Bridgemary School in Gosport. If you are going to buy, they let you in at 6.30 am. Plenty of parking, a big range of hot cooked food (indoor & out) a lot of people go and have their Sunday fry up. They also have indoor toilets.
