I'm not saying either will happen, which worst case scenario he becomes another Kasey Kahne and retire early, while best case scenario he wins a championship or two. But we can't determine his whole career over one win or by his last name like certain someone we know.

Chase has had a strong few weeks. He’s won stages inter last 2 races and then the one at Watkins Glen makes it 3. He’s been hot as of late. Awesome to see him win! Congrats on the ‘W’! I will never forget the montage at the end of the NBC Broadcast of his race as it played that M83 song!
As an Aussie NASCAR fan, The Glen has got to be my favourite race. Not sure how many of you know this but, our v8 Supercars don't race on any Speedway-style tracks at all yet most of our tracks have at least one straight where the cars can hit their max speed of around 320km/hr. Like most of our tracks, The Glen never fails to showcase the whole range of talents these drivers have and it always makes for great motorsport to see a driver get their first win. I just wish NASCAR had more of this style of track... Congrats Chase!
The best part of all this was all the drivers stopping to give Chase his props, thumbs up out the window, KB and JJ down in the pits to shake hands with him, just amazing driver respect right there.
This was the best race of the season by far, nice to see someone other than Harvick, KB or Truex win for a change. I'm a HUGE Jimmie Johnson fan and I also like Chase. My favorite part was when Johnson gave Chase the push to victory lane, I will never forget that moment.

I’m probably not the only Chase Elliott fan who cried with tears of joy when he won the race. Ironically Kyle Larson won his first race in his 99th race just like Chase did.
