Adhirasam Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup
Jaggery (vellam) 3/4 cup
Gingelly oil one teaspoon.
Ghee 1 teaspoon.
Cardamom powder. 1/4 teaspoon.
Sukku powder 1/4 teaspoon

Tnks fr yr patient explanation. I used to make d mistake of making 2 hrs after mixing dough nd measure rice flour in place of rice.so it wl b hard nd I used to steam it after frying.wl try surely n coming week
