The Adistar 2.0 is like 4g less heavy than the Solar Glide 6 . And I loved the Solar Glide 5, so I wonder if I will like the new Adistar as well. The weight is not a problem to me if the shoe has a great roll flowing . Wich Adidas models do you prefer since you have used them all ?
    Thanks.

These both feel really neutral to me (Adistar and the CS).
    Awesome review!

"They made a stability shoe of already stable shoe". I agree it does not make sense. Repetitor is not a soft foam. They should get rid of Repetitor+ completely from standard Adistar. As it is, Adistar CS is a better one of the two (still heavy but more usable).

It looks very similar to the first version. I must say the first version is a good easy to steady longrun shoe, or for daily easy to steady runs. But its stiffness and size makes it a little boring. So why buy this when you have shoes like Triumph 20, Speed 3 or Novablast 3? Maybe it has some legsaving/ injury prevention in it? Maybe it can go super long if one wish? But would one choose a boring slow shoe when going for your longest longruns? I dont understand the logic behind this shoe. Why did they make it? Its the most stable shoe I have probably tried. Its very cheap compared to for example Triumph 20. Its extremely durable, probably 1000 km+. So if you are doing lots of easy mileage as an marathon runner, and need stability, and have less money, this shoe could be something. It also has some of the stackheight feel of shoes like Adios Pro. Maybe its a shoe which teaches body running with supershoes but in easy pace? Of all shoes this is the one I would love to know the reasons behind from the designers at the Adidas company.

Man it's a big chunk of a shoe... Look for something lighter. It's a good bang for the buck. But it's more for very long distance runs.

I had lots of HOKA Bondi 7 and 8 before. Adidas Adistar 2 make me feel like running with my feet inside a soviet Tank. The long tongue make my feet bleed every time. Narrow and stiff toebox. Despite their cushioning foam they are very stiff. I'm sorry I had to criticize them but I really think they are a cheap, stiff, and low quality running shoes. I'll go back to HOKA or Saucony or ASICS. Thanks.

I can‘t give proper advice as I haven‘t had good running shoes in a while. Just ran about 3-4K with the Adistar 2 for the first time yesterday. And it felt like the best running shoe I ever had. So, I‘m not sure if it would work for you quite the same but for me, it felt like flowing / flying and like I could go on forever.

I own the CS, they were on sale and I love them for pretty much all running except race day because like it or not the weight is going to impact your pr attempt. That said I have the orange and wouldn’t dream of using it for anything else other than running it’s just too tall for me and if you add the color, it’s sticks out like a sore thumb!

@@RyansRunningReviewsYT and I'm gonna ask the other way ... I'm a slight overpronator and run shoes like Brooks adrenaline and ASICS kayano and Mizuno wave nirvana ...but my arches on the thermal footpad test reads as neutral ... Anyways I can get a really good deal on these over the cs model ... I'm probably gonna get some Saucony endorphin pro 3 .. but I tried these on in store and they felt amazing to me along with the ASICS gt2000 12 .. so many choices !
