"Kind of a cross between a rock 'n roll bossa with a little bit of James Brown."
"OK." :: nods ::
:: nails it ::
I love these video it shows that even with professionals during rehearsal when someone is trying to explain a part or get the arrangement together so everybody's on the same page, there's a guy in the background playing over him while he talking...(usually it's me LOL).
Oh no ... I'm also doing it xD

So nice, but I find Whitfield's envelope filter sound in the solo so inappropriate with that lovely guitar.
START 3:17
the rehearsal is also interesting to watch.

I want to hear Whitfield clean, ditch that modulator!
cool stuff, and really great musicians, but the end result is still cheesy early 2000's lift music.
+T Julian-Jones that's exactly what i was thinking
Something can't be cool and cheesy at the same time.
it's one or the other.
I would tend to say you're not a musician. Talented musicians having some fun will always be cool...
early 2000's lift music is the best
Lift music is on the rise mate
