I wanted to comment on your keto muffin recipe. I tried it for the first the today. I put Lily's chocolate chips in it, but I cut the sugar to less than 1/4 because I added Jordan Skinny Syrup chocolate coconut macaroon as my flavoring. It as delicious. I can't wait to try so many different flavors. This could almost be a dessert. Than you for this awesome recipe.

I finally tried keto chow. Someone left some at my office. It was the chocolate peanut butter. I enjoyed it. I just ordered a sample package that I got 12 mixes. The new soup flavors were not options for it but I did get the tomato and the chicken soup base in it. I should get it in a day or two. I am excited to try the flavors. I’m having surgery on Friday so figured these would be super easy to make while recovering.

Gonna miss Chris being next to you when you do the Keto Chow surprise box opening. When you use butter in your mix and make shakes up ahead of time do you store in the fridge. I did that once and the butter got hard and lumpy again. I used milk though and I think you use water. Kristi, maybe I missed it but did you ever get a car?
Others have said to use melted butter and warm water to mix it up

Melted butter, warm water and blend. Then store in the fridge. Sadly, still no car
A scant is a slightly under the measurement, so more than 3/4 of a cup but not quite full cup.

@@SouthernKristi i know they had that chocolate one and I tried it. It was okay. I'll have to look again. And they had the stevia one and I can't have that either. My body doesn't like any of that stuff.
