Thank you for this. I was on layover in Stockholm for one night, and I wanted to transfer between terminals, so I asked some staff in the airport if the Arlanda express was free to transfer between terminals, and they said it was not. Surprised they were not aware of this.

Never take trains from this bribed monopolized station.they did ot pay taxes in sweden in 20 years and when they finally did they raised the prices even more.most expensive in europe.
