That is a pretty cool road down through the cliff lines. There is a road in Southern Utah near Monument Valley National Park called the Moki Dugway that is similar but like sheer cliffs for hundreds of feet. Incredible that they can even build a road in some of these area. Glad you navigated it safely. Have a great day.
To be honest, it wasn't as bad as we were expecting - we had read some reviews that had us a bit concerned, but commented afterwards that we have encountered worse inclines/declines here on the east coast when we weren't even expecting it!

Well done, thank you. As Ivor said below, I too have reached the age i don't like taking chances. Your video convinced me that, when we visit, we do not want to drag our trailer down and back up. We will stay somewhere topside and just drive the truck down to sightsee.
We had checked out this state park prior to visiting and it is mentioned in every single video, that is why we thought it would be good to video the whole trip down. I am with you, I personally would be a bit nervous hauling a camper in an area like this. Makes me soooo glad to have FRAN! Thanks for watching!!
It was interesting to re-visit this road. While I do not remember being too concerned here we did find some roads that were a little precipitous. I have reached an age where I really appreciate the presence of guard rails. I have returned to many roads where I had been unfazed in the past only to find them now a little intimidating. I am sure this video will be very welcome to those thinking of visiting the park.
Agreed - we had read some reviews that were making us VERY nervous about the drive into the canyon - but to be honest - we have worse roads in PA - lol - but wanted to include it for anyone else who may be concerned with the grade! It was actually a quite lovely drive down into the canyon!

I saw people pull their 5th wheels down there. Crazy for sure. I’ve been there at least 5 times. Love it…..

This gives me anxiety just watching this. 😰 Just visited park with trailer in tow and I just couldn't do it again. Too narrow and no guard rails. People take all types of rvs, buses to 5th wheels. Beautiful park though 😅
Hi Erika! That is kind of why we did this - we had read some many horrifying stories of the steep entrance and figured there had to be other people out there wanting a visual! The Park was worth the trek though!
