The guy is killing people in a matter of seconds and you don't think thats not outgearing them? The video is literally titled as a TWINK PvP video lol. The whole concept of a twink is outgearing people. Players being skulls or high level is beyond the point, as he's still killing them again; in a matter of seconds.
