I tried this. Came out perfect, very yummy, very spongy till the core and not overly sweet. Just as i like it. 👌 thanks for this recipe chef. Finally a rasgulla recipe that came out great!
P. S: i used 400g sugar in 1L water for it not to be overly sweet. Let the syrup thicken a little (but still watery),instead of just bringing to a boil. Add drops of rose water for an xtra treat.

Pas facile de mentionner l'eau car il faut avoir une consistance comme il l'a montré, mais c'est vrai qu'il aurait pu le dire, mais il a dit tigit par tigit. En tout cas merci pour les astuces chef.🙏 ça paraît facile mais pas tant que ça.

It's not rasgulla it's gulab jamun cha-cha . Rasgulla is steamed or boiled and is white in colour . It's gulab jamun..
