why is this version is the devel sixteen so slow compared to the 2019 one? the extra ton can't take a toll on the speed that badly it has all that power and the speed just stops at 7th and 8th gear

That much horsepower isn't realistic unless you rebuild it everytime after driving it 1,320 feet. And the Devel, doesn't exist in the real world.
