- This is a reaction to an unknown artist known as ImBenji. Every month I try and support an unknown creator, who is using music as a way to manage mental health, by reacting to their content.

🙎🏻♂️ WHO AM I?
I am a BABCP accredited cognitive and behavioural psychotherapist living in the south of England. I specialise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and predominantly work with people who have experienced trauma to help them move forward with their lives. Its a job I absolutely love and connects with my own values and purpose.
On this RUclips channel I try and make information more accessible by discussing psychological concepts through reacting to popular media.

Thankyou for taking the time out of your day to react and analyse my song I really appreciate. I really appreciative how you're supporting smaller people, there need to be more RUclipss like you on the platform. ❤
I mainly based this song of my split personality disorder (Dissociative Identity Disorder), paranoia and my BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) as on the daily I do question and argue with myself which can be quite unsettling and frustrating as they're uncontrollable. Near the end of the song where I said "I'm taking the reigns" I'm not sure if you heard the demonic type laugh at the end, that was representing the negative and disbelief in myself.
