Thanks the best pan ive ever seen in this show. I like theyre relationship because it never gets overly defensive. They take responsibility when something goes wrong, even when its mostly down to bad luck, and just get on with it.

I learned from Agricultural nursery workers, best way to stay cool in high sun, a light muscle style under shirt, under a very thin long sleeve button down front shirt...you'd think the long sleeves would be worse, but as long as shirt thin enough to allow breeze....it better

A broken rubber belt especially when that dry and cracked. So you don't inspect your equipment. You just let a bearing run until it freezes up instead of giving a squeeze of Grease? Poor planning poor maintenance spending dollars now because you saved a penny yesterday
