Hi Harry. Nice machine review. Met Leonard recently. Like the storage, not having the diablo saves some space and string. I need good casters on my machine. Taiwan makes excellent machines. :)
Can you do a review on that Head machine I see in the background? From what I can gather these machines are pretty similar, made from same parent company
Not sure about Solinco… but as far as I know, other than Babolat/Yonex, most stringing machines are from a same few factories (Taiwan and China) just branded differently.
HEAD and Victor are both produced in Taiwan by Exthree. Judging from this review, the Solinco is very likely to be also produced by Exthree, just with a different badge.
Hey Harry, I’ve been rocking Solinco since early spring. (Blackout XTD) but have had a hell of a time trying to get a hold of their sales team via their website. Can’t wait till that machine is available. Glad you enjoyed it.
The machine is made by Xthree in Taiwan. They also make for Victor, Head, And a bunch of other brands and I’m fairly certain this includes Wilson. Basically same inner workings, different body
And same as the Prince P7000, and the Dunlop 2.0, and the Alpha Ghost 2.... lol All the same machine, with different logos or tool trays. Prince and Alpha Ghost have the 'bolo, others have this angled thing that shoots up. They look like good machines though. Wonder how much this is going for
@@nicholasl9119 And tension increments of 0.1! I might look into the new HEAD machine... I am looking to maybe replace my Baiardo, I want something a little lighter, and I do a lot of racquetball racquets, and the Baiardo cannot mount all racquetball racquets securely due to lack of towers not being adjustable so clamps cannot often reach first one or two crosses, and it's petty and annoying. Plus the thing is a damn tank. Only downside I see to the HEAD variant of this machine, is not as much tool/storage options as the Solinco, or Alpha Ghost variant, but they make up for that in having curved rails for clamps, and the 0.1 tension adjustments, and the USB charger outlet is pretty nifty!
Lovely machine ! Can’t wait to see Solinco ball throwing machine ! Reliable and affordable.
The hook is string puller. Used for badminton stringing. It's almost essential if you string badminton rackets.

Love the content and the humor!!! Great piece of hardware!!
Solinco did not make stringing machine. Solinco ordered stringing machine from Taiwan (exactly at the same factory with Head, Prince, Gosen..)
Is it going to replace your Baiardo Harry? lol
I am actually thinking of selling my Baiardo, I want something a little more lite and portable
Where’s the cup holder for your coffee?
That brake feature is an absolute necessity for stringing Prince O-Ports
O ports is a nightmare to string. I hope they stopped making those frames
The Yonex machine looks Gangbusters!
Hi Harry can you make a video on master stringer course and how a person can become a certified stringer?
Missing pads for 6:00/12:00 mounts?
My gamma crank machine also made in Taiwan 👍
What's the cost on it?
Looks like an alpha ghost 2 repainted

Those straight, narrow rails are a deal breaker for me.

"Give or take 6 inches or so....heh heh." Oh Harry...
How much??
4200
Made in Taiwan 👍
Look same as Head
Just a few little differences between this machine and my Alpha Ghost 2.
It's the exact same machine as the Head stringing machine. Same manufacturer, just another branding.

From wimby stringer..head only company to improve on this machine..improved turntable and clamping system.
You may just order one directly from Exthree which is the manufacturer of the HEAD stringing machine.
