Side question, I see a lot of people use Exchange Ace in PvP. Is it worth fully expanding his limit break? I know he has his Final tap locked behind it, but I don't see him used as much in regular play.
Its nearly not possible finding any Jinbeis. no one summons for him because of the next upcoming thing. so this time doing builds wirhout new jinbei friend would be better. no chance for me to find more than 1 per day at 800 pirate level and big friend list.

I use him without full max, just lvled to the point of his pvp upgrades
