As a turnkey supplier, SANOVO supplied the whole line; egg loading, egg breaking, filtering, pasteurizing, fermenting (egg white only), and finally spray drying for producing the powder. This processing plant is powered by biofuel with woodchips coming from local suppliers.

Which method of pasteurization is used what temperature . Different egg product have different temperatures, time composition.
Thank you for your comment. It's a 4-ton per hour pasteurizer designed for yellow products like whole egg and yolk. Egg white pasteurization is handled separately in hot rooms. (Time: 6:05)
This pasteurizer uses a tubular heat exchanger with hot water as the heating medium. The production site is adaptable, allowing it to adjust procedures based on the product and its characteristics. Typically, at the location they will pasteurize whole egg at 68°C for 210 seconds.

Can you have full line solution for egg shells powder processing or egg shells membrane processing Thnq
It is possible to process eggshell into “powder” by drying and subsequent milling. There are also technologies on the market to extract the membrane from the shells.
SANOVO offers centrifuges for “spinning” the eggshells after the breaking process with the purpose to reduce the moisture content, and to gain egg liquid for feed purposes.

How did it remove the egg shells?
Thanks for your quetion. A screw conveyor is mounted in inside the breaker itself. Unfortunately there is no footage of that in this video. However, we have another video showing the egg shell removal in our OptiBreakers. ruclips.net/video/nmi41sbpYj4/видео.html at 1:27
The egg shells are commonly further processed, dried and sold as feed.
