Habitat for Humanity's neighborhood revitalization in action

Habitat for Humanity affiliates are working in under-resourced communities across the U.S. by taking a holistic neighborhood revitalization approach. In two diverse neighborhoods - one in Lafayette, Louisiana, and the other in Pittsfield, Massachusetts - Habitat has partnered closely with the community to invest in resident-led revitalization projects. Together with residents and local partners, we've helped spark lasting changes in the neighborhoods, including scaling affordable homebuilding, opening community parks, advocating for equitable land use, and much more.
