The first time I heard Yanni was like tasting chocolate for the 1st time. It wakes up all your senses and cannot be replaced with anything else. Seeing him in person in an intimate setting of a smaller venue was amazing! Nothing since has topped it!
I have seen it and yes it is amazing but to have one on one audience participation was so over the top. Yanni took requests from us and it lasted til 11pm. An hour & half past the stated close of the show. He stated that he was having too much fun with us and didnt want to leave. So we all stayed!
I am 71 and talented musician with a very fine hearing and perfect pitch. 9 years of classical university training. All sorts of instruments from piano, strings, brass, bands of rock etc. This is absolute excellent.

I saw him perform with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra in ‘89 or ‘90 (John Tesh was still his drummer). Quite the showman, the show was just awesome. Even Linda Evan’s was there.
