Just 17 minutes of me videoing fresh water shrimp.
Let me start by apologising for having to look at my foot most of the time but they'd disappear if I removed my foot. I have been coming to this river for a few years now and realised there were shrimp here.
Im surprised to see so many of them and some of them so big as well.
This river "The boyd" had suffered greatly after our devastating bush fires and the amount of ash and debris washing into it post fires and it was good to see it so healthy once again.

Cool video. From the fishes point of view. Nice clear water and plenty of minnows and crawfish.... Glad to see you back in nature once again. Do those things bite? That is a big crayfish.... Keep up with your outdoor adventures.. I love the river rocks too. I wish you health and happiness...

This is the most peaceful time I've had in ages. They were so cute exploring this new thing. I watched it all which surprised me but it was soothing and nice to see your summer there as it is so cold here.
That reminds me of when I still lived in S. Africa and a friend and I would sit on the beach with our feet in the water and loads of tiny fish 🐠 would nibble our toes!! Quite a nice feeling actually.
