It's an OBD port to connect with ECU of that vehicle and is used to diagnose the vehicle's performance and problems. It is available in FUEL INJECTED version of NTORQ(BS6 MODELS)

1.5 yrs se ntorq chla rhaa hoo. Sabse badi problem hai ki plastic body hai. Jab kabhi gir jaata hai toh koi na koi part toot jaata hai . Body parts mehnge hai. Baaki gaadi 1 number hai.

Seat height of Ntorq is lower but RayZr is around 20 kgs lighter. So it is actually hard to say which will be more comfortable in riding in the city. Just tell her to take a test ride of both...whichever she feels comfortable riding, go with that one.

Seating is very bad...I rode this scooty multiple times but you'll be able to ride this for only 45mins to 1 hrs then your back started hurting
Bro you don't know the TVs features and performance on this price range. I am using this scooter, it's very good in performance and road tyre grip. You are comparing this scooter with the 2011 scooty. If a company is giving a maximum speed of 105kmph you should have some sacrifice. You are giving a very bad review of this scooter.

Engine refinement is good but not as good as Honda. About its mileage, if you ride it in relax mode then you can expect 45+ kmpl mileage.
I will suggest you to take test ride of both the scooters one after the other. And then go for the one that you like the most.
