Playing Cities Skyline II with a MacBook Pro M3 Max _MM18

I used a Macbook Pro M3 max with 48 go unified memory ($3299 refurbished). I'm using Parallel desktop Pro edition so I can allocate 40 go of unified memory to Windows 11. Paradox Mods in the build.
