"the super hotdog" (Extreme Demon) by awesomeme360 | Geometry Dash 2.2

I uploaded "Runaway Thomas" by this creator a few months ago, which had really enjoyable gameplay and a pretty interesting style and theme. This one is much harder than that, being an Extreme Demon, so I can't really judge if the gameplay is really good here too. Special thanks to Arb for beating and recording it for the showcase! He said it was good but that it takes a toll on your finger with the amount of quick gameplay, which is visible in the video for sure, especially from 0:35. Luckily the level isn't too long, only being about 50 seconds long, so you don't need to endure spam-clicking for too long.
What really caught my eye about this was the visuals and their synchronization to the "goofy" sounding song. The main component is definitely the rainbow colors, which I think awesomeme360 used quite well in everything from the designs and decorations to background effects and particles. On top of colors pulsing to the song, there is a lot of movement in the different layers, adding to the synchronization. Then of course there is the flying hotdog at 0:35, which explains the level name. This obviously isn't a masterpiece or anything, but it's just a good and fun level overall, and that's always nice to see in my opinion; not every level has to be some massive project. In addition to making this entire level, awesomeme360 also verified this themselves, which is always very respectable, as entirely solo Extreme Demons aren't that common.
