Solid opinions on each of these frankly. I think Windcaller is a phenomenal Phase item but that proves your point on it being niche if it’s really only one, maybe two characters who would use it. That said, it’s viable either 1st or 2nd on Phase so in that regard there’s value for it. So if they buffed it, it might lead to Phase abuse which could lead to uninteractive duo gameplay
Orb of Growth/Enlightenment has been nice on Gadget, Iggy, and Countess plays of mine so far, but I have noticed a damage fall-off. Going full damage, burst has its benefits, but I outlive most of my encounters with the new Orb, so I take it.
I think you're sleeping on envy on Feng. If you run omen first item then envy second, it is maybe the biggest power spike you can get. Reaping dash into basic into hamstring into nex is going to put most heroes into execute range. On top of that, omen makes reaping dash cooldown go to basically the time it takes to get between camps, so it makes up for the lack of clear you'd deal with forgoing mindrazor because you get a crit on top of your passive for each one.

Ive had succes on drongo building Onixian quiver, skysplitter. Drongos passive and E on top of that. Ofc building Onixian 3rd. Depends thoe on how tanky the enemy team is
Revent specifically not. Mainly because he gets no attack speed benefit other than increased reload speed. So stacking the boneseeker would be slow and the attack speed stat would be wasted.
That was my thought as well and I have been workshopping it on Grux, It was ok as a first item but the issue is that you don't get the damage benefit until you fully build the item, at which point it is a little less useful because at that point the opponent could have build against you or have the own power Item online. What i have been thinking about is starting brimstone and then build into boneseeker, basillisk, bonesaw, citadel..... I feel like it is an almost good item.... made if they add a stone of strength to the recipe and give it a litlle power it would be good. Or remove the the target switch reset
all most of these items have told me is I wish this game had a 6th item slot and abit more income
100000000000% agreed. I want them to squish the stats a bit, maybe rebalance/nerf some passives and give us a 6th slot

Onixian Quiver was meta in v.42 from Paragon
Hoping with some extra items in the game that aren’t going to be core, it opens the door for an extra time slot to really round out fun build

Onixian quiver is a top tier carry item IMO. Especially on sparrow, and DPS when you put it on other Carries is the same as the top Cary builds
What about boneseeker on Revenent, yiu mentioned carry niche. And with the single target i thought maybe Rev could get something out of it

Envy should cost 2900 ngl shit costs too much. Stats are trash
