Great to see Encre noir sport get a feature. It’s been a summer favourite of mine for some time. I like to think it smells of fresh pinecones on the drydown, but for the first hour, it stays very fresh with grapefruit and aquatic notes. I think Encre Noir line is a technical great perfumery for the price. I own the original, Vetiver base I think contains not that natural rich smoky earthy vetiver raw materials but it is built on vetiveryl acetates that gives that dry smoky vetiver element without deep richness it ows. It is blended also with sharp cypress molecules and musk. A very dark aromatic fragrance. That will be my autumn/winter choice this year. For the price that you are paying - amazing. Versace The Dreamer is amazing too. It owns that sweet Tonka Bean coumarin facets in the base. You inspired me to try this fragrance Bro. Great list!

Totally agree on Oud 24 Hrs being more wearable than Black Orchid. It keeps the good aspects of Black Orchid while minimising the more challenging florals I feel. Probably the best clone I’ve ever bought and only cost about £12.
I recently got Burberry London and I love it. Even more so when the weather became slightly cooler, windier and with a touch of rain. Smells amazing. I wonder, is there anything else similar to it but perhaps even higher quality?

I love the smell and the nostalgia it brings, however I wasn’t getting slightly decent performance even after over-spraying. Such a blind reach at a low cost. If only it could project and last a bit longer.
I like starwalker too, the performance is not great but works perfectly for me as a gym scent. Coach for men and CK shock i really enjoy as well, I know people hate on Coach's performance but I get some solid performance on my skin luckily.

For instance the reflection men copy actually fits my liking better bc it stays sweet and floral while the original becomes woody. It's a very slight difference, most ppl will never notice it, but i still prefer the alexandria version.
you are talking about “The Runway” right? that one burns my sinuses. I don’t know if reflection will do that to me too, but this Alexandria frag made me lose interest in the original.
I miss some Issey Miyake frags.
How about Geo. Beene Grey Flannel?
CH 212 NYC not cheap at all but good.

Review Al Haramain Emerald
Mancera Red Tobacco is one of my favorite scents... so how dare you
isn't ugly Oud a note in Red Tobacco?
@@keep_walking_on_grass I wasn't aware that "ugly oud" was even a note... the oud in Red Tobacco is not animalic... it's a easy to wear oud... the saffron is very punchy on the opening and that makes it divisive... but the dry down is wonderful
What about the original encre noire?
Not a fan personally
I got the missoni wave, its generic fresch nothing special , I sold it
thanks for that critical feedback.
Love the scent of Burberry Touch for Men. Shame I just seem to get no performance whatsoever out of it
